3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder is a legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China;
3.2 If the bidder is an agent, they must have: a special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the intended goods (employees, passenger transport vehicles, ordinary ambulances, lifting equipment, cleaning equipment, suction trucks) for this project, or both the authorization letter from the manufacturer of the intended goods to their distributor and the special product agency authorization letter issued by the distributor for this project (the special product agency authorization letter must specify the equipment model, and bids that do not reflect the equipment model are invalid; for goods of the same brand and model, only one bidder can participate in the bidding.
