(3)The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidding equipment shall have the supply performance of similar cup filling machine mold base equipment equivalent to the bidding equipment, and at least 3 sets of similar equipment have been put into operation on the two-piece can production line From 1 January 2020 until the tender deadline .
