3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:This project only accepts bids from manufacturers (integrators) and does not accept bids from agents.
2. Documents proving that the bidder has the financial, technical, and production capabilities required to fulfill the contract (in a format that meets the requirements of the "Authorization Letter Format for Unit Leaders", "Qualification Declaration Format", "Manufacturer Qualification Declaration Format", "Qualification Declaration Format for Bidders (as Agents)", "Authorization Letter Format for Manufacturers", and "Certificate Format" in Chapter 4 of the Bidding Document Format).
3 Performance requirements: From September 1, 2020 to present (based on the date of contract signing), the bidder must have sales performance of one (set) multi support suspension crane equipment and provide key pages of the contract (including at least the stamped or signed pages of both parties, the content and quantity of the products sold, and the date of contract signing).
41) Bidders within the customs territory of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account within 3 months prior to the bid opening date;
Bidders from outside the customs territory of China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall provide a bank credit certificate issued by their bank within 3 months prior to the bid opening date.
If the credit certificate clearly states that the photocopy is invalid, the original copy of the credit certificate must be provided, and the bidding agency reserves the right to review the original copy.

① Business license, legal representative certificate of public institution, or other legally registered proof materials.
