3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Qualification documents provided in accordance with the requirements of Form IV-9 in Chapter 4 of Volume 1 of the bidding documents;
3.2 The bidder shall be a legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "eligible source countries/regions");
3.3 Credit certificate issued by the bidder's bank of deposit within three months prior to the bid opening date;
3.4 The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding product or its legal agent. If an agent submits a bid, it shall provide official authorization from the manufacturer of the bidding product for this project;
3.5 Bidders must complete valid registration on the electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of electromechanical products (hereinafter referred to as the "Electromechanical Products Trading Platform", website: http://m.tianqingjn.cn) recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
