3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:2.1 Bidders must be independent enterprises with legal business procedures from the People's Republic of China or countries or regions with normal trade exchanges with the People's Republic of China.
2.2 Manufacturers directly bid; overseas manufacturing enterprises may have their branches or subsidiaries established in China responsible for selling their products participate in the bidding (regarded as manufacturing enterprises).
